These Terms govern your use of EclipseCopilot (the “Service”), operated by KDEP Enterprise (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
EclipseCopilot helps you organize your home’s documents, bills, assets, and reminders. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can protect your sign-in with multi-factor authentication. Children may be represented only as adult-managed, non-login profiles.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
- upload content you don’t have the right to store or share;
- attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security;
- access data belonging to another household without authorization.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and information you add. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — to store, process, and display your content back to you and the household members you authorize. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your household data to train artificial-intelligence models.
5. Household sharing
When you invite others to a home, they may view and (depending on their role) edit that home’s data. You are responsible for who you invite and the role you assign. Account owners govern account-level settings; other members have read-only access to those settings.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. EclipseCopilot helps you organize information; it is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or safety advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDEP Enterprise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away your local rights. Choosing a governing law does not deprive you of the protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights. We comply with the law in every country we operate in — where local consumer, privacy, or contract law gives you more than these Terms do, the local law wins.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
